What To Expect

Step 1: Introduction

In this phase we'll begin gathering knowledge about your company's teams, processes, partners, and data to develop a transition plan that fits your goals. Often we will seek to establish points of contact for your various projects and a hierarchy of transformation priority. Once we have details and contacts for your key projects we will begin moving them individually to Step 2: Building as your remaining projects are brought into queue.

Step 2: Building

With your needs understood and project requirements established we can begin building your agile work environment. Routine updates and demonstrations are our focus, we work closely with management and team leads to ensure understanding and satisfaction of the delivery step by step. As each individual team environment is spun up ready for use they will enter Step 3: Rollouts.

Step 3: Rollouts

As products are completed and transformations are completed teams will be granted access to their respective projects. Training will be given to ensure understanding of the new tools and features. Often exposure to new process yields innovative new ideas which can be approved into our next sprint to fine tune and polish the product via user feedback.
