What Is Training & Consulting?

An exploratory offering we intend to offer for a limited time. As training users in Agile methodology and consulting with leadership on project roadmaps is a standard part of our work we have occasionally encountered teams that wanted in depth meetings but were not ready or already past the point of a entire project build. On more then one occasion we have had customers looking to salvage project builds of other consultants without a full rebuild.
